Job Title:

Cyber Program Manager

Location:

Colorado Springs, CO

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects or initiatives valued at $50M or above to deliver broader business objectives

• Ensure the alignment and integration of these projects to achieve strategic goals.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the business and client goals.

• Program Planning and Management: Design, plan, and manage the program and its activities within the constraints of budget, time, and scope.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project teams involved in the program, providing guidance and motivation to drive performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and escalation as necessary.

• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the program budget, allocating resources effectively across the projects.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of the program to all stakeholders.

• Quality Control: Ensure all projects under the program meet quality standards and are compliant with organizational procedures and policies.

• Business Development: Lead pursuits, to include identification, shaping, and capture, to grow project portfolio

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• A Master's degree or MBA

• Several years of experience managing multiple complex projects, demonstrating progressive responsibility

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in strategic planning and business development

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Financial and budgeting skills

• CISM or CISSP certification

Other:

• PMP certification preferred

• One of the following Certifications preferred: CCE, CISM, CISSO, GFACT, or GSLC

Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $200,000.00
