Job Title: Customer Support and Inventory Specialist

Location: Full time Oniste in Eden Prairie, MN

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support and Inventory Specialist to support our small but growing team for our client in Eden Praire, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service and operational support, with room to grow and take on more responsibilities over time.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Contract-to-Hire

$25 per hour depending on previous experience

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Support:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries (low volume).
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operational Support:
  • Assist the Operations Director with inventory management using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and organization of inventory records.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to prevent inventory discrepancies and help with stock availability.
