Job Title: Bilingual Team Manager with Customer Service, Accounting, EDI/E-commerce, Vendor Management, and Computer Skills

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual team manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, providing excellent customer service, handling accounts payable and receivable, working with vendors, using a range of computer programs, and managing EDI/E-commerce. Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary for this position.

As the team manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers. This will involve answering phones, dealing with issues and complaints, and creating feasible solutions for both the customer and the company.

You will also need to have experience with accounts payable and receivable and managing EDI/E-commerce. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues professionally.

Additionally, you should be proficient in using a range of computer programs, including EDI and E-commerce software, to effectively manage these systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Stability and leadership skills are essential for this position. We need a natural leader who can motivate and guide the team to offer the best customer service possible. We want someone who is free of any complications and can demonstrate an outstanding work ethic, which is an essential consideration for turning up to work every day and setting an example for the team.

Sales experience would also be beneficial to our organization. If you are a Vietnamese speaker, the ability would be an advantage.

Candidates applying for this role should have at least three years of relevant experience. We are offering an initial salary of $62,000-$65,000 per year, with a further salary increase after the initial hiring period.
