Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Credit Collections Coordinator:

- Inform customers of past due balances through various communication channels, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Handle customer inquiries on outstanding invoices and provide necessary documentation
- Research and resolve past due issues and customer disputes
- Track and record collection notes into our client's ERP system
- Collaborate with the Credit Risk Analyst on credit line increases and manage held orders in line with the company's escalation policy

Required Skills for Credit Collections Coordinator:

- Excellent written and spoken business communication skills
- Minimum education level: some college and/or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel at the intermediate level or above
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP order entry and/or credit management functions or comparable ERP package
