The Contract Life Cycle Specialist, Analyst I for Leica Biosystems is responsible supporting our Sales Team for all types of transactions related but not limited to: Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging at Leica Biosystems. This role is based in our Deer Park, IL office. In this role you will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, customer service, service, IT, sales, marketing) and balance internal/external business operation demands.
This position is part of the Sales Operations Team located in Deer Park, IL and will be onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Contract Life Cycle Management Team and report to the Manager, Contracts Life Cycle Management and Performance Reporting responsible for the Contract Life Cycle Management Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Complete the price increase process using SAP, Excel, and Outlook to communicate to customers and Sales
Investigate pricing discrepancies and take defined actions to remedy issue
Review incoming requests for accuracy and completeness, triage to appropriate analyst, working in Salesforce
The essential requirements of the job include:
Implement executed standard contracts into SAP.
Work on medium to high complexity requests with moderate to high supervision. Other projects and duties as assigned
Process GPO activations and complete tasks related to monthly/yearly GPO admin fees and accruals
Recent graduate with BA or BS Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related degree
1+ years of related experience (Experience can come from Internships/Co-ops or school team projects). GPA 3.0 or higher Or High School Diploma with a minimum 3 year contracts, medical device sales, or financial analysis experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Excellent time management and organization skills are a must. Must possess excellent customer relations/service skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills are key. Work independently but able to interact as part of a team
Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) and Adobe Acrobat
The salary range range for this role is $58,000 - $72,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
