Job Title: Commissions Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (1 day in office, 4 days remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (OT as needed; flexibility to start at 7:00 AM, but no earlier)

Job Description:
We are seeking two Commissions Specialists to join our client's team in downtown Dallas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze statements for various departments.
Process commissions accurately and efficiently for multiple departments.
Research commission structures to ensure accurate payments and understand system integrations.
Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS, to manage and analyze data.
Collaborate with team members to handle multiple accounts and clients simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle a busy workload.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
