DUBOIS CHEMICALS Job Description Division/Department DuBois Industrial Business Unit Location Sharonville OH Job Title Surface Finishing Engineering Department Co-Op Reports to Tech Service Engineering Manager Title Co-Op Hours 40 / week = GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Industrial lab environment - Reporting to the Manager, this position deals with testing and process activities related to product application, product evaluation, and customer product application support. - Designing application systems to pretreat metal. - Providing technical assistance with customers, sales representatives and other personnel as required. - Assist staff in chemical product formulation and testing. - Responsible for completion of process work orders and the support of customer operations. - Consistent with our culture of continuous learning, participate in self-development activities related to your job function or functions assigned to you by your manager. - There may be other business development or research related duties assigned as required by the Supervisor. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - No direct experience required, although work in applications or production environments will be beneficial. - Training in Laboratory methods, product development, R&D, Business Development, or applications engineering helpful. - Familiarity with MicroSoft Office Products is helpful. - Experience with ISO9001 requirements is helpful.
