The Department of Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Urologist. The potential candidate must have graduated from an ACGME-accredited urology program. The candidate will be responsible for developing a clinical office-based and procedural-based practice. Proficiency in the da Vinci robot is desired. In addition to the School of Medicine, the candidate will practice at affiliated institutions, which are within driving distance, including Touro, the University Medical Center, the new VA Medical Center, East Jefferson General Hospital, and any other expanded location. The academic appointment will be through the School of Medicine. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to establish a clinical practice, conduct any research, and educate residents, fellows, and medical students. A very competitive recruitment package is offered.
o Completion of a residency in urology from an ACGME-accredited program in the US.
o Eligible for an active medical license in Louisiana.
o Board Certified/Board Eligible.
