Clinical Academic Interventional Radiologist at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital

The Department of Radiology at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH) is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) academic Interventional Radiologist. Living in a vibrant town, on the shores of Lake Champlain and ringed by mountains with world-class skiing, while practicing 100% Interventional Radiology is a rare opportunity.

Job Highlights:

• Primary practice location is at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, New York, to include coverage at other critical access hospitals in Malone, Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga, New York.
• Enjoy the variety and human scale of practicing community radiology while being an integrated part of a vibrant and developing Network Radiology Department that provides care at 6 hospitals including a regional tertiary referral center in Burlington, VT.
• Work at a regional tertiary referral center with complex cases, such as SIRT, TACE, and all manner of ablative procedures, TIPS, biliary interventions, gastric variceal obliteration, PE thrombectomy, vertebral augmentation, DVT interventions, UAE, and so much more.

Position Details:

• This is a Clinical Scholar Pathway full-time position with the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.
• Applicants must have completed a ACGME accredited fellowship or IR residency and must be IR/DR Dual board certified or eligible.
• Current Interventional Radiology Residents are encouraged to apply. Current fellows and senior residents are encouraged to apply
• Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
• 1:4 call schedule.
