Your new company
Our client is a leading civil contractor who has offices all over the country. They specialize in multiple
Different markets and currently have an opening in their central Texas office in their heavy civil division. This office specializes in asphalt paving, concrete, site works, underground utilities, highway, airport and bridge construction.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the site. You will supervise all internal employees as well as any project associated subcontractors, and to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and completed in a timely, efficient, effective and profitable manner. You will work closely with the general superintendent to ensure all aspects of the site are upheld in the organization's corporate safety plan.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 5 + year's experience working as superintendent of construction projects, ideally within the heavy civil construction sector. You will need a valid driver's license as well as experience working on TX DOT or DOT projects. Exposure to work, HCSS and heavy work would be looked upon favorably.
