Cash Specialist - Excel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cash Specialist who is proficient in using Microsoft Excel to manage financial transactions, analyze data, and create reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify discrepancies in financial records.

Responsibilities:

* Create, manage, and reconcile financial transactions using Microsoft Excel
* Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records
* Analyze financial data and create reports using Excel functions
* Assist in the development of cash management processes and procedures in collaboration with finance and accounting teams
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records
* Ensure compliance with company and industry financial regulations
* Participate in budget preparation and forecasting
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in cash management or financial analysis
* Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and record-keeping is required
* Knowledgeable in financial regulations and compliance
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Experience in ERP accounting systems is a plus
