Position Overview/Responsibilities for the CAPPS Financial Systems Analyst:
Provides daily, general guidance and troubleshooting support for CAPPS Financials to end-users and support staff via email, MS Teams chats/calls, and meetings. 

Required Skills for CAPPS Financial Systems Analyst:

• 8+ years experience with the TX Comptroller's CAPPS Financials application; experience with CAPPS Central preferred over CAPPS Hub experience.
• 8+ years experience with at least one of the following modules: Accounts Payable, Asset Management, General Ledger/Commitment Control, and Purchasing.
• 8+ years’ experience providing help desk support by responding to user calls, emails and system tickets, troubleshooting issues; and testing and documenting solutions.
