Business Support Analyst (Oniste in Moorpark, CA)

Responsibilites:

• Develop and track relevant metrics and key performance indicators.
• Generate regular compliance reports to ensure the division meets established targets.
• Organize and oversee all off-site and special events.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external clients to support complex projects and presentations.
• Offer comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including managing meetings, processing expense reports, coordinating travel, handling mail, and planning office space and moves.
• Carry out additional related tasks as needed.

Requiresments:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assitant experience
