Job Description

As a Business Development Relationship Specialist, your primary objective is to build technology partner relationships that will help drive sales opportunities for CyberArk. CyberArk's C3 Technology Partner Program is made up of over 300 ecosystem partners. You will be part of a team that is responsible for managing up to 40 of CyberArk's Core Partnerships. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Development. In this role, you will be interacting directly with partners, as well as collaborating across various CyberArk departments, to help drive the Core partnerships forward.

A key aspect to this position will be as a contributor to the development and maintenance of the Core Partner Tier, within the CyberArk C3 Technology Partner Program. Our goal is to drive efficiency and maximum value from the partners in this category. This will be accomplished by focusing on key activities that will drive sales opportunities for CyberArk and the partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow strong relationships with Core technology partners to drive sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, solutions, and product management, to drive and support partner initiatives.
  • Work in collaboration with technical resources to explore new use cases which will drive additional partnership value and incremental revenue.
  • Manage the integration development and certification process for integrations developed by and with core partners.
  • Be an integral part of, and a resource for our GTM teams (sales, technical, customer success).
  • Produce field-facing content, working with Biz Dev Tech and Product Marketing.
  • Create and manage enablement programs, to ensure that CyberArk and Partner field organizations understand the joint value proposition and utilize the partnership for market expansion.
  • Engage and enable common Business Partners: solution providers, GSIs, cloud service providers, and resellers for 3-way partnership initiatives.
  • Attend conferences, QBRs, and regional field events.
  • Contribute to the execution of the Core Partner Tier of the Partner Framework.
  • Work with Legal to ensure that the appropriate legal agreements are in place

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, sales or marketing experience, ideally in the security or enterprise software market.
  • Experience in working with technology partners, throughout the entire partnership lifecycle
  • Proven ability to work with sales, channel, marketing peers and other functional areas globally.
  • Good working knowledge of the cyber security market
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent program management experience
  • Strong ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization, via written, verbal, and presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft products and SharePoint

The salary range for this position is $87,000 - $120,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
