Business Architect//Workday Assoc Manager

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Workday - Business Architect/ Workday Assoc Manager for an opportunity in Chicago, IL / Richmond, VA / Kennesaw, GA / Atlanta, GA / Pennington, NJ / Plano, TX - Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: November

Expected Duration: 05+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid Position
Pay Range: $65/Hr - $70/Hr

Job Description:

Must have skills:

3. Workday Recruitment

o Configure complex Workday business processes, Support configuration and troubleshooting of business processes with a focus on Payroll, Time, and Absence.

o Perform additional Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.

o Review business procedures/workflows to ensure features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve the efficiency.

o Cohabitate in sandbox environments and work within an established well controlled system environment by defining documenting and enforcing system standards.

o Provide pre and post launch end user support change management issue resolution testing and training to enhance and optimize work day processes.

o Ability to mass load information via EIB's and knowledge on how to test integration inputs and outputs based on transactional changes.

o Knowledge on how to create reports and use them in auditing configuration changes effectiveness.

o Document technologies specification for current and future configuration.

o Maintain accurate change management documentation to satisfies clients internal slash external audit control and compliance practices.

o Understand workday implementation methodology and use it on all projects.

o Act as the domain support for feature releases and issue resolution supporting the workday architect to define scope prioritize plan and implement system changes and enhancements.

o Maintain working functional knowledge of HR and HR systems across multiple functions and teams driving community collaboration and a commitment to a great support service experience.

o Foster ongoing work their relationships relevant membership and engagement in workday community user groups and conferences.

o As support to business partners and to work to enhance their understanding of workday.

Desired skills:

o Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required.

o Three plus years Workday HCM experience.

o Work they prove our workday certifications strongly preferred.

o A solid understanding in at least three were day modules including core HCM compensation talent payroll time absence and benefits.

o Knowledge of workday business processes course setup and security framework.

o Deep understanding of workday data model corporate system architecture interfaces reporting and data loading process videos.

o Attention to details and then relentless commitment to follow through.

o Ability to convey idea and recommendations to a wide variety of audience at all level in a clear compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communication.

o strong expertise in cloud based multi tenant system.
