Billing Associate

The Billing Associate is responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing for services rendered. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing payments, and providing support to both internal teams and external clients regarding billing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices for services provided, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review billing data for discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal departments.
• Maintain and update billing records and client accounts in the accounting system.
• Process payments and manage accounts receivable, including tracking overdue accounts and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all billing processes are compliant with company policies.
• Provide support for internal audits and financial reporting related to billing activities.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about changes in billing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Prior revenue cycle/billing experience
• EPIC system experience
