Job Duties/Description:

• Initiating, tracking and completing benefit enrollment, changes and terminations.
• Coordinating all aspects of Open Enrollment each year
• Communicating with managers and employees across multiple organizations to administer and manage employee leaves of absences.
• Managing payment, tracking and reconciliation of invoices across multiple organizations.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 5 + years of related benefits experience (welfare plans, retirement plan, and leave of absence process)
• Must have experience with open enrollment
• PHR or SHRM-CP and/or CEBS certification preferred.
• UKG experience preferred.

Additional Info:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm
• Location: Arden Hills/hybrid (1 to 2 days a week working from home)
• Type: Direct Hire
• Salary Range: $75K- $95K
