As an Associate Director of Market Access Learning within the US Commercial Learning organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Market Access team. You will work with leaders to assess learning needs and develop learning initiatives aligned to departmental and BBU brand priorities. Accountabilities:

As the key Commercial Learning liaison, you will work closely with leaders of the Market Access customer-facing and HQ teams, as well as BBU Access Strategy partners. Your role will involve identifying learning needs and developing solutions for various audiences within Market Access. This includes developing strong relationships with internal team members, keeping abreast of the evolving US healthcare landscape, and finding innovative ways to develop and deliver practical learning. You will also demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and planning, manage stakeholders across Market Access, and find opportunities to educate larger audiences on key Market Access topics.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, scientific, or educational field
  
• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or Market Access
  
• Demonstrated skill in working with internal stakeholders
  
• Ability to learn and understand product and healthcare environment content
  
• Interest in and understanding of US healthcare market dynamics
  
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  
• Advanced organizational skills
  
• Team-oriented mindset
  
• Proven experience in project management
  
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
  

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience leading workshops and training session(s)
  
• Experience creating formal training plans and training assets
  
• MBA or other advanced degree in relevant field
  
• Pharmaceutical field sales or Market Access experience
