ECS is seeking an ARPA-H Healthcare System Expert (Scalability, Resilience, & Logistics) to work in our Remote office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS seeks talented and driven healthcare system expert who can enable ARPA-H to make decisions about how to improve the resilience and the disaster preparedness of processes, infrastructure, and dependencies across a nationally/globally interwoven ecosystem.
What you will do:
Program Development & Management:
- Support ARPA-H by applying your expertise in hospital systems, logistics, and supply chain resilience to design and manage R&D programs focused on disaster and emergency management.
- Analyze current practices and emerging technologies to set ambitious yet achievable goals for program outcomes.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration:
- Identify and connect with leading technical minds in academia, industry, and national labs to build multi-disciplinary teams for ARPA-H programs.
- Evaluate research proposals, advise on project plans, and provide technical guidance for complex R&D initiatives.
- Accelerating Health Outcomes:
- Utilize your knowledge of healthcare systems to translate scientific advancements into solutions that improve health outcomes for everyone.
- Manage negotiations for selected projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and efficient resource allocation.
Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
General Description of Benefits
Required Skills: - Master's degree in Public Health or Health Logistics.
- At least 8 total years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years direct experience working within a hospital / healthcare system with knowledge of hospital system operations and supply chains
- Experienced with Health informatics.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
Desired Skills: - PhD in Biology or closely-related scientific field.
- Three years or more experience, background, and knowledge of one or more ARPA Programs is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting complex R&D projects of a research and development nature.
