Job Description

Our team located in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking apositive, motivated, and adaptable early career Analytical Chemist to join our team. Daily responsibilities could include:

• Perform in-process sample testing using advanced chromatographic, electrophoresis, and spectroscopic techniques.
• Prepare samples for testing, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the process.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, identifying key trends and insights from experimental results.
• Summarize and present data clearly in both written and visual formats.
• Compile detailed reports of findings, providing actionable recommendations based on test outcomes.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of chromatographic, electrophoresis, and spectroscopic techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work within a team and also cross cross-functional setting
• Familiar with SOP and GxP requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science in a related field with 1-2year of experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

• 10-15 minute phone interview with recruiter
• 45-60 minute virtual interview with the Group Leader

Additional Information

The position is a full-time role, the hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedulechanges requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.Candidates living within a commutable distance of Gaithersburg, MD are encouraged to apply.
