Salary/Position Classification

• $13.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer phones and effectively answer questions for students and instructors in a timely manner.
• Will be responsible for providing aviation students with a high level of customer service.
• Assist supervisor with some report generating and preparation.
• Assist with the preparation of flight training materials.
• Assist full-time staff as requested to ensure prompt services to the students.
• Schedule, dispatch and process flights.
• Ensure that all flight training documents are filed.
• File flight training documents.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Hours & Schedule:
  • Must be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Variable shifts with evening and weekend work.
  • 3-4 hours per shift.
  • Minimum of 3 hours per shift.

Required Competencies

• Strong computer skills
• Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must have strong good experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check.
