Description: Our client is currently seeking a Administrative Coordinator
Administrative coordinator -Cambridge, MA
Work Schedule: 35 hours/week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (one-hour unpaid break)
Location: Is the role hybrid? (If hybrid, please clarify schedule): Yes, this role allows for Hybrid work. For the first 2-3 weeks of training, the person in this role is asked to come into 54 Dunster St. five days a week. After the initial training period, this person will be able to have 2 remote days if they like.
Duration: 2 months - Is there potential for extension? The duration for this role is 60 days, but it could be extended to 90 days if we are unable to fill the staff vacancy by the end November.

o Experience maintaining confidentiality and uses initiative/judgment and tact/discretion.
o Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests.
o Experience using Excel spreadsheets, financial and HR databases; Office 365, SharePoint, and other related platforms.
