POSITION SUMMARY Grinnell College is currently seeking an energetic, motivated, and well-organized Administrative Assistant II for the Admissions department. The Administrative Assistant II is a member of the admission operations team and works with the administrative database functions and computer operations to support the Office of Admission. The position serves as the lead processor of international student application materials and aids with domestic application processing as needed. This role assists prospective students, parents, and school counselors by phone and email as they work through the process of completing an admission application. The Administrative Assistant II reports to the Admission Data & Operations Administrator and works closely with the Director of International Admission. RESPONSIBILITIES
