Location: Hanover, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$21/hourly
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
* Greet and assist visitors to the office.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
* Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as required.
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
* Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
* Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
