Our client, a security organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their team in Richmond, VA for about three months starting ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a welcoming environment, greet guests, and direct visitors.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Upload documents to various systems.
• Assist with general office operations and administrative support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant office or administrative experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office products is required.
• Flexible and able to manage a variety of projects at once.
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.

Position Information:

• $21/hr-$23/hr
• Temporary for ~3 months starting ASAP!
• 100% on-site in Richmond, VA.
