Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all payments and expenses for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience within Accounts Payable
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
