Your new company

A construction company, located in Orlando FL, that has a focus on commercial construction is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their growing team!

Your new role

You will be responsible for AIA billing, notice to owners, lien waivers, insurance certificates, processing invoices, processing pay applications from sub contractors, and any other projects that are given.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need construction experience, AIA billing experience, lien waiver experience, 1 to 2 years AP experience, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
