RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accountant in Charlotte, NC.Overview:- If you are a collaborative team member, solutions orientated and can deliver premier client service, this is the place for you! The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships. The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs. You will provide exceptional client service and flawless execution and resolve client requests as a trusted member of the client's team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio. The Accountant will build strong relationships and provide a level of service that company customers have learned to expect.
- Accountant will be delivering solutions and upholding company standards and operating principles
- Develop long term client relationships
- Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction
- As an Accountant, you will conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies
- Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Client servicing skills first (email and phone); Account manager experience
- White glove service for VIP/enterprise clients
- Loan servicing experience; Syndicated loans; LoanIQ - a huge plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
