Permanent Position (Hybrid)

Location: Appleton, WI

Salary Range: $50,000-60,000

Core Business Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

** Onsite training for the first few weeks **

The Account Support Specialist will oversee all workflow processes from estimates to final products, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This role is essential in facilitating customer interactions and optimizing collaboration across various departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary communication liaison between clients, design, production, sales, and external vendors.
  • Manage all aspects of customer orders, including estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, and invoicing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution, or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus, providing insight into industry-specific processes.
