• Research and analyze market data, competitor insights, and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships with potential clients. A "Quality Sales Touch" involves interacting with key decision-makers to seek business opportunities actively.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to enhance profitability, retention, and growth of all accounts.
• Negotiate effectively when needed, maximizing service and profitability.
• Cross-sell and identify new sales opportunities, working closely with internal and external partners, agents, and brokers.
• Analyze team performance data to optimize retention, growth, and profitability. Regularly review systems and feedback to drive improvements and ensure accountability.
• Create and implement agency sales plans to drive regional and company goals.
• Identify, capture, and execute new business opportunities using a consultative approach to sales.
